Presentation Guide

This guide provides essential information for all presenters at MSME 2027. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth presentation experience.

 

Oral Presentation

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including Q&A. Presenters are requested to prepare their slides in PowerPoint or PDF format. All presentation rooms will be equipped with a projector, screen, laptop, and microphone. It is recommended to bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and upload it to the session laptop during the break before your session.

 

Poster Presentation

Poster presenters are required to prepare a poster in A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm, portrait orientation). Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the venue. Presenters should stand by their posters during the scheduled poster session to discuss their work with attendees.

 

Presentation Guidelines

• All presentations must be delivered in English.
• Presenters should arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the session starts.
• Please ensure your presentation adheres to the conference theme and topic area.
• For virtual presenters, a stable internet connection is required. Details for the online platform will be provided prior to the conference.
