Submission Method

Authors can submit their manuscripts through electronic submission system or email.Please click following link

* The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

 

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

a) Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.

b) Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

c) Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

d) Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.

Notice

 

1) Manuscripts must be written in English;

2) The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;

3) The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics;

4) Plagiarism is prohibited; 

5) Duplicate submission is prohibited. 

Peer-review Policy

MSME 2027 applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic fairness and quality of the conference.

Each submission will be reviewed by at least 2-3 independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the papers based on novelty, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and contribution to the academic community.

The review process is strictly confidential. The identities of the reviewers will not be disclosed to the authors, and vice versa.

The final acceptance decision will be made by the Program Committee based on the reviewers' recommendations.

Research Ethics

Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and have not been published elsewhere or submitted simultaneously to other conferences/journals.

Plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submission are strictly prohibited. Authors are required to properly cite the work of others.

Appropriate ethical approvals must be obtained for research involving human subjects or animals.
