Participants who require a visa to enter China are advised to apply for the appropriate visa well in advance of the conference dates. MSME 2027 will be held in Tianjin, China from April 22 to 24, 2027.
The conference organizers will provide an official Letter of Invitation to registered participants who require a visa. To request a visa letter, please complete your registration and send an email to msme@smehk.org with the following information:
The Letter of Invitation will be issued only to registered participants. Please allow at least 4 weeks for visa processing. The conference organizers are not responsible for visa application outcomes. Participants are encouraged to contact the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country for the most up-to-date visa requirements.
